Westfield Stratford is great as I never…
Westfield Stratford is great as I never havd to go to central London anymore because all the shops i need are under one roof there. Plus eateries , coffee shops , a few places for the kids to play etc. We also regularly visit the Vue cinema there. Just avoid late afternoons and especially the weekends and you will have an enjoyable experience :) btw, they have an absolutely great Santa's grotto this year, called Good factory. The best i have ever seen, excellent job!

Had a great experience purchasing today. It was very busy however a customer service agent I believe her name was Shaista helped direct me to the products I was looking for. She was very polite and regardless of the rush made it a priority to help me on the products I wanted. Found this experience lovely. She went out of her way to help me which I rarely experience in Zara stores to be honest. Friendly, kind and helpful.
