Refused to refund me.
Ordered a part thinking it was the one that the appliance guy would need. He told me that was not the problem so I requested a refund. They claimed that because I wrote them saying that part didn’t fix my problem, that it automatically meant I put the part on and that automatically means no refund. I further explained that I didn’t put it on but even when I sent it back in (shipping $16) they would not refund my $100. Now I’ll never buy a Whirlpool product if I can help it. Poor customer service. Buyer beware!

Shit! No one answers the phone. No one calls you back when it prompts to leave a callback no. The chat line doesn’t answer. The parts description is vague. June 12, 2026. 3:00pm to 345pm. Wasted time
whirlpool parts not worth my time and money lost
I gave whirlpool parts website my model number and they gave me the part number. Paid over $60 for part and $20.99 for 1 day shipping. Total almost $100. Part did not fit. Will never purchase another Whirlpool product again. Hope that amount of money was worth them loosing a lifelong customer. They emailed me two day later nothing- no way to speak to a person. It will cost me $14.10 to ship item back. Part did not fit so I have no part, spent time and over $35 with nothing to show for it. Will report false advertising to BBB because they told me it was the right part and it was visually different-

Scam. Do not waste your money!!! Our order did not go through because it kept timing out, and then was placed 3 times. Customer service was nightmare and spent hours trying to return duplicate items, and then they were never refunded. Found correct parts on Amazon for less than a quarter of the cost than here.
