Je travaille chez un intégrateur en téléphonie et informatique sur Genève, Infologo. Nous avons déjà réalisé plusieurs projets pour des clients avec des centraux téléphoniques Wildix. C'est vraiment une solution de communications unifiées bien intégrée et complète pour les PMEs. A recommander sans hésitation.

Sehr teuer, mittelmäßig viele Funktionen, viele Bugs

Schon ein sehr teures System. Aber gibt gleich mehrere Probleme. Kommentare bearbeiten geht teilweise über die web ansicht, aber nicht über das Programm zum herunterladen. Das Programm welches man herunterladet, kann man zwar schließen, aber im task manager bleibt es weiterhin offen und dann kannst du, wenn du das nicht weißt, wildix nicht mehr öffnen bis zum neustart. Ab und zu trotz bester Verbindung beim Anrufen plötzlich ein Ladekreis und keiner hört den anderen. Keine Lesebestätigung Dateien senden ist extrem begrenzt in der Größe Chat Verläufe verschwinden einfach und so viele weitere Probleme. Ne sry, ich dachte bei einem Schweizer Produkt muss doch gute Qualität bei rauskommen, es aber einfach nur teuer + zu den ganzen bugs noch ein weiteres Problem: Völlig unlogisches Rollenverteilungssystem. Und nicht mal einen Kundendienst gibt es, da ja alles über dritte Firmen läuft, was schlecht ist, wenn das tool an sich schon schlecht programmiert ist

Wildix ist unbrauchbar und teurer als On-Premise-Lösungen

Wir haben Wildix für 2 Monate genutzt, aber Telefone laufen ins leere, Verbindungen brechen ab und die Qualität ist unterirdisch. Zusätzlich ist die Einrichtung (ca. CHF 4'000.00 für 10er-Block) und der Betrieb sogar teurer als unsere bisherige On-Premise-Lösung, obwohl Wildix aus Estland (ehemalige Sowjetrepublik) stammt. Für Unternehmen, welche auf eine stabile Telefonverbindung angewiesen sind, ist Wildix sicherlich nicht zu empfehlen.
