I use the Xercise4Less Stockton North gym, the staff are lovely, they’re friendly and helpful. I was nervous about going for the first time and a member of staff took me round and showed me the equipment, she was kind and settled my mind. There’s plenty of equipment, which is all clean and well maintained. The changing rooms are clean and tidy and there’s enough lockers for everyone to use. They’re supportive when it comes to medical conditions and ensure your safety, by asking questions about what to do if something were to happen and making a note of that on your membership profile.

Excellent classes with amazing teachers! Really great variety of all types of workouts,something for everyone and lots of choice both day and evening. Highly recommend. Great value for the price.
A great gym
A great gym! The staff are very polite and helpful. There have a wide range of over 40 classes on per week. The classes are great as any one can do them. I wouldn't go any other gym I really do enjoy going. Lots of equipment and very clean.
Lovely gym with a great atmosphere
Visited Jd gym in Parc tawe with a great atmosphere. Izz the instructor of lbt & circuits made it enjoyable with great energy. Can't wait to go back next week!!!

Absolutely love the Zumba Class here at the NUL site. Andrea is Absolutely amazing ifs so much fun aswell as an amazing all round work out. Been going now for nrealy 4 years. Been a member of the gym since 2013 when it first opened
