Stress-free experience!
We just flew from Teterboro to Miami and back. Flights departed and landed on time, service was friendly. Food was good. The seats almost fully recline and are beyond comfortable with endless leg room. I may never fly commercial again! Given the dismal reviews, maybe XO has changed their ways. Give them another chance!
This was the worst private jet…
This was the worst private jet experience I came across. Brittney Baker (XO) Was terrible!! She was supposed to arrange our catering & decided instead not to provide anything! Not even a newspaper on a 4 hour flight!! Erik Orvis was also involved in arranging our charter & would send rude emails as if he is speaking to someone who is not the customer. He is as unorganized as can be & had 0 customer service skills. I would fire her!! Don’t use this company they lie, over charge, use old planes & have rude incompetent lazy people working for them!! They treat you terrible!!
Such a bloody experience never again!
My experience with the membership in this company has been incredibly disappointing. Despite sending a membership cancellation and refund request over 40 days ago, and their previous assurances of a refund within 30-40 business days, I have yet to receive it. Instead of providing concrete responses, they have started avoiding my inquiries altogether, ignoring my follow-up emails to their representatives. I strongly advise against signing up for a membership with this company unless you plan to stay with them indefinitely. I made the decision to cancel my membership after finding better deals and more reliable service from other providers.
XO doesn’t care. Better off flying commercial
The purpose of flying private is to save time. When you book a flight to depart at a specific date and time you expect that schedule to be honored. This company doesn’t care. They’ve pushed my departure time back twice (5 hours), changed airplanes and could care less about my scheduled meetings and plans. They are clearly under staffed and don’t have enough planes or pilots to deal with the normal contingencies of running a part 135 charter operation. If you’re going to fly private I suggest you pick a different company as XO sucks. I will not be using them again.
Awful experience in getting funds…
Awful experience in getting funds returned. I paid $100k in advance for a membership and have asked for the $90k balance to be returned which they've said may take 60 days. Red flag of their financial stability.
