Have two parcels sitting in Yodel distribution centre for over a week. No updates cannot get through on phone and live chat does not work. These are goods dispatched from EBay seller. Yodel must be loosing him business as I will cancel if not received in next 24 hours. Use DPD who are always reliable

Yodel! Item was posted to me on the 23/11, arrived at Yodel’s Preston depot on 26/11. Still waiting for to be added to the next available drivers route. I’m tearing my hair out! Tracking is updated every day with the same message. I’ve tried every which way I can to contact them but it’s impossible. I think it would easier to get a phone call with the prime minister. It’s an eBay package so I’ll probably end up going through their process and getting a refund which is fine but I really want my little parcel. I do try and avoid any sellers that use Yodel but not all state their method of posting. Eeeek WHY does anyone use them!!

At this point I'm just mirroring what everybody else is saying. My parcel has been stuck on the same non updating track for 12 days now. All of a sudden they said it would be delivered yesterday. Nothing came at all. Spoke to someone on web chat and they just give you the same answers over and over again. Check my tracking or send me auto replies about tracking even though I've explained the tracking is not working. This is honestly the worst company I've come across. They lie and they can never give you a straight answer. AVOID at all costs. Any seller using this company will never have my custom.

Ordered armchairs on and the seller uses yodel. Was given a three day delivery window between 4-6th December. Due to to them being busy they couldn’t deliver and sent a new delivery date for a few day’s later. That time has now also passed and still not delivered our items. The tracking updates have now ceased and trying to contact them is pointless as it’s an automated phone service. Tried the web chat but no one available to help. Still waiting but no updates and uncontactable. Very frustrating and upsetting as we spent a lot of money on these plus £40 delivery fee for undelivered items. Don’t know where to turn now 🤷♀️
