It was challenging to manage inventory, accounting, and sales for my traditional business. I discussed with many software companies, but I selected Zazz because they understood the business in detail and presented a proper roadmap before starting the project. I didn't provide Zazz with many directions except my problem areas, and they helped us design the software from start to finish. They are excellent from a project management standpoint. Zazz followed agile methodology and delivered the project on time. They don't overpromise on their deliverables, and they consistently find solutions to our concerns. We typically communicate through Slack and Zoom.

Beware of these cunning people
Truly fascinating how anyone would willingly work with these wonderfully entitled individuals. Their business model seems to be: squeeze you for work, nickel-and-dime you with the most embarrassingly useless up-sells, then discard you like yesterday’s trash once they’re done. We supposedly “worked together” on a product—by which I mean endless pushing of their lame add-ons, followed by zero actual delivery. All talk, no results, just vibes and invoices. Wishing them the exact level of success they deserve… which is none.
