Use some other plattform
Non-existent customer service. 4 weeks to answer, and didn´t even ask me a question 1099,- for monthly subscription for non-existent help charge me for BOTH plattform - but can not even respond the customer

I recently engaged with a Zenfit coach (Coached by Laura from Belgium) for a three-month meal plan, hoping for personalized guidance and support. However, my experience fell far short of expectations. Despite assurances of tailored meal plans, the received plan was generic and lacked the promised customization. Many of the recipes were directly copied from the internet, with little effort to personalize them to my needs. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a 200€ refund, the coach refused, citing a supposed fee for the creation of the plan and the initial consultation. What's more concerning is the lack of transparency regarding this fee, as no invoice or receipt was provided. Overall, I am deeply disappointed with the level of service provided by this Zenfit coach. Not only did they fail to deliver on their promises, but they also demonstrated a lack of integrity in handling customer concerns. I urge others to exercise caution when considering engaging with this coach through Zenfit.
