La solution technique proposée permet de gérer les complexités liées à la gestion des abonnements et je ne pensais pas qu'elles étaient si nombreuses ! La solution Ziqy est alléchante sur le papier, mais quand on y souscrit : - les fonctionnalités sont sommaires (on attendait mieux, une solution plus évoluée, peut-être à tord ?! ), - l'interface est loin d'etre intuitive donc on perd vite beaucoup de temps à chercher comment l'utiliser, - dès qu'on fait une demande basique au support qui devrait être incluse dans la solution initiale, les frais de maintenance sont surévalués par rapport au travail à accomplir et la nouvelle fonctionnalite ne fonctionne que rarement à la 1ere livraison.
