Resolved swiftly
After logging into my account, I brought forward a pre-ordered repeat for certain items; I was charged, but then told some of the items were not in stock. Be it a Sunday, I tried to cancel this order online, and requested a refund. I was happy to learn a refund was made the very next day; plus the alternative foods I purchased arrived within two days. Whilst I was annoyed at first that monies were taken before the system recognised its stock issues, I was happy it was resolved swiftly, and then a bit annoyed with my self for not being patient! I'd give six stars if I could.
Best costumer service
I made an order using wrong email by mistake. There for I didn’t get my confirmarion of my order by e-mail. Totally my fault. But costumer service was so polite finding my order trough my phone number and also gave me a discount I could use next time! Over my expectations. This is great. Although it was my mistake. I wish all companies could have this quality of costumer service :)
