Dreadful customer service
Ordered something in the 1st of December for an Xmas gift. The tracking (4 weeks later) shows it's not even been collected. Customer support are trying to fob me off with the excuse of the strikes, yet for almost a month there's been no update. Awful, I'll never use them again.

1 week ago I sent an email to the customer service of this 007 website asking if the new DVD of james bond no time to die also has dutch subtitles because i live in belgium, i received a reply very quickly. As an answer I got YES IT DOES. So I was super happy that I could order the film early because here in Belgium it won't be released until February 16th. So I ordered the DVD, paid customs fees in total, the DVD cost about €55 (including customs fees). Today was finally the day I received the DVD I was super happy, so I immediately wanted to watch the film but no Dutch subtitles to be found ... 😞 Conclusion: I can't watch the film because I do not understand English ( I write all this with "google translate"). And I have lost money so I can buy the film again on 16 February here in Belgium. (Email was sent to customer service but still no response yet!) I am very angry about this.
