Take you money but don't give you access
Subscribed for 6 years on and off. Tried to resubscribe and they charged me but I couldn't access any of the content. Thankfully able to get a refund through Google play as their customer service hasn't responded. This is a shame as the content was great but looking through recent experiences, this glitch has been present for a while and the developers haven't fixed it therefore the app is now just a scam.
