It takes costumer service ages to reply to my e-mails. I have to write the same costumer service agent several times to get a response. And when I get a response, I have to start over with that person, they do not care to understand the problem. How hard can it be to give me a discount code that actually works? You promised me twice on the website that I could have a working discount code. So where is it? It is like they do not want to have costumers. They do not want to sell shoes. They do not care at all about bringing in money. It is so rude to just stop responding to a costumer, I have been polite this whole time.

Terrible customer service! I bought shoes ( €370,-) less than a year ago and had not worn them a lot but the paint on the nose and sides was letting loose by iteself. I contacted ACBC in the beginning of May. First of all they only started responding after sending them 3 emails and messages on Instagram. After that they offered to replace the shoes or give me a 30% discount. Because I saw some shoes I liked on their site I opted for the 30% discount. I took them weeks to come up with a discount code, at that point the shoes I wanted were not on the website anymore. Also there was a Sale on the website so they could not give me discount for some reason and had to wait until the sale was over??? Because I didn't like this solution I opted for a new pair of shoes. They said they would give me new shoes and ship them. So far I have not received or heard anything from them. It has been 3 months since I first reached out to them.
