Don’t order from the UK
Very unhappy with the lever of customer service. Unfortunately Acta incorrectly declared the value of the goods in my delivery and I was subsequently charged over £55 in customs fees. Hopefully I will hear able to claim this back but what has disappointed me the most is that Acta have been u willing to accept that this was their mistake. I would advise not to order from the UK as they don’t know what they’re doing re. customs declarations. Such a shame as I’ve ordered from them a number of time before but recently have had a few issues, and this was the last straw. I will not be ordering from them again.(I was also an ‘ambassador’ but seeing how badly I was treated I’ll be removing my code so no one else is encouraged to buy from them)
