Very rude and unprofessional receptionist in Franklin office …
On Wednesday December 31 I left the Advent office in Franklin at 11:00 am not realizing that the receptionist had not returned my insurance cards. On Friday afternoon I realized I didn’t have them and called the office and was told they had them. I asked why she hadn’t called me to let me know and she said she didn’t realize they were there until late Wednesday and didn’t have time. I asked why she hadn’t called me Friday and she said she had many patients and that “I wasn’t a priority!” I asked how late they were open and she said “We’re closing in 5 minutes so I guess we’ll see you Monday “!!!!! She was rude and very unprofessional and I was without my insurance cards for 4 days!!! I think it may have taken her less than 30 seconds to call me Wednesday or Friday to let me know she had my insurance cards!!

I haven’t had a procedure at this clinic but I have one scheduled this week that I will probably cancel. Reason being they withhold significant side affects you will have to deal with the rest of your life like headaches, migraines, bloody noses, numb face, numb lips, all of which do not go away! The leave this information out during appointments so you will schedule the procedure. I’ve inquired about my questions and concerns and didn’t get a response. Their customer service sucks!!!!! Update, their customer service definitely sucks and they are very rude! Had my procedure, and I wish I hadn’t. I’d much prefer to be how I was prior to this procedure than how I am now. I’ve been getting progressively worse since my procedure instead of better. After your procedure they wash their hands of you. Very poor patient relations! In my opinion go elsewhere for these procedures. I’m sure you will be much better off than I am! Another update- they have now refused to communicate with me. Stay far away from this place. Once they get your money your nothing to them! Update: now I had to get antibiotics on the street to get rid of the infection these idiots gave me.
