No live customer service? A definite turn off!
I liked two of the three pairs of shoes that I ordered, however the third, the same style as one of the others was smaller and did not fit the same. It is disappointing that I am not able to do business with a live person. Although I love the Aerosoles brand this will be a deterrent for me to purchase other shoes in the future. Especially when other stores carry this brand.

I purchased a pair from the Bay. Thinking they would be amazing quality. I have had them since the springtime and of course did not wear them in the summer. I have been wearing them the last couple of months now and the stitching is already coming undone. I am very disappointed as they were not cheap shoes.

If you get shoes without issues, these are amazing and quality shoes. However, if you have to deal with the “customer service” aka AI bot “Allison” you are SOL. Very disappointed since these are quite expensive shoes.

I have yet to receive a refund for one of the two pairs of shoes I returned. The three emails I have received back from Aerosole regarding this issue have clearly been AI generated as "Allison" has not addressed the issue.
