I have ordered directly from Alpha-H the last few times I needed a top up on my skincare as I find they often have offers, discount codes and free samples that 3rd party sellers don't offer. I recently placed an order (which I was rushing as I realised last minute I was running low on my cleanser) and in the rush, I accidentally ordered the wrong one but after contacting them by email they were super helpful in advising the returns process and arranging a replacement of the correct cleaners which was delivered quickly. Big thank you to Sheena for your help :)

I first started using Alpha-H products when I was 27. That was 20 years ago. Back then it was bought in beauty salons and rhe range was smaller than it is now. I would get regular facials with it and ended up buying the range which was the balancing cleanser, triple action cleanser, liquid gold, balancing mask, pore refining mask, daily moisturiser and micro scrub. I loved them all. Then I found the price went up so i would use it sparingly but found it was then sold in Myer and I would wait for the sales and buy 3 of each!! More recently i started purchasing their Vitamin C paste and the serum range. I liked the products but only gave 3 stars because.... they discontinued both the clay masks and the Vitamin C paste (these were by far my favourites), liquid gold isn't as good as it used to be, and I found the serums were not as effective with La Roche-Posay serums having better results on my skin.
No product, no response whatsoever
I ordered a cleanser and money was taken from my account promptly on the 25 Sep. No product arrived. I have emailed and messaged three times over the last few weeks with no response whatsoever! I’d like my money back or the product.
Do not use!
Do not use! I ordered using a discount code which was validated at the checkout. However, my order confirmation shows the full price. I received a speedy response from their customer services team saying they won't refund me amount I should have saved, but as a "gesture of good will" are giving me a code I can use against a future order. I've no interest in this. I want to pay what I should have been charged. Will be returning the order to them, once I've received it. They appear to be accepting of this rather than charging the correct price.
