Since all returned items for which use or opening cannot be clearly ruled out are immediately destroyed by our warehouse, you as a customer can always be sure that you will never receive used returned goods from us. We checked your photo and it most likely indicates a production issue. Poor material with poor workmanship. Unfortunately, poor storage can also make a big impact... We passed on your photo and your feedback on the smell to the manufacturer, we only want to sell the best products for our customers in our shop so they should of course be at least as high quality as our own brand products! As we said, we can only apologize again for the incident and because instead of refunding your money we sent you a replacement item.
