Appoets: The Stealthy Micro-SaaS Powerhouse
A 11-person team generating $1M revenue with zero hype
In a world obsessed with billion-dollar valuations and viral growth, Appoets operates in the shadows—11 people, $1M in revenue, and a quiet confidence that speaks volumes. This isn't a startup chasing headlines; it's a precision-engineered machine.
"They're not building a platform—they're building a business. Revenue per employee: ~$90k. That's real efficiency."
The Anti-Scaling Paradox
With just 932 monthly visits, Appoets defies conventional SaaS wisdom. Most companies need 100x that traffic for similar revenue. Their secret? They've likely mastered high-value, low-volume B2B transactions or premium niche services. This isn't a volume game—it's a precision strike.
The Stealth Growth Engine
What's fascinating is their tech stack: Tailwind CSS and Cloudflare. No complex frameworks, no bloated infrastructure. Just lean, fast, and functional. This suggests a team that knows exactly what they need and nothing more—no vanity metrics, no feature creep.
The 2.7/5 Trustpilot rating from 4 reviews is the most telling data point. It's not terrible, but it's not glowing. For a company of this size, it suggests they're either in a challenging vertical, have product-market fit issues, or are simply indifferent to review culture. Most likely, they're focused on delivery over reputation management.
- Revenue-per-employee ratio indicates high-value services, not volume plays
- Minimal traffic with substantial revenue points to premium B2B or enterprise contracts
- Lean tech stack suggests operational discipline and cost control
- Low review volume with mediocre rating signals either niche market or operational focus over customer experience polish
The Quiet Giant Strategy
Appoets proves you don't need scale to win—just focus, efficiency, and the courage to ignore growth hacking.

The best and one-stop solution for all app development solutions
We bought the PBN app script from Appoets with some additional customizations of my choice. They delivered a very good final product with all additional customizations by exceeding expectations. They have a talented pool of app developers who are well-experienced to complete all special app customizations. Ted was my project coordinator who did a wonderful job but unfortunately, left in half-way due to some personal reasons. Later, a new guy named Harvey took over my project who did a splendid job with very efficient coordination including some commendable works during weekends to complete and meet all the requirements. Our app is now scheduled for the launch. We are happy and will continue to do business with Appoets for all our future turnkey app solutions and also recommend to others.
DON’T DEAL WITH Appoets, AppDupe, tranxit
DON’T DEAL WITH THEM DON’T BUY FROM THEM They’re Scammers In the beginning they’re talking to you every single minutes and make everything easy to you, even if you told them to add an ( impossible function ) they will tell you ( yes sir we will do just pay ). When you ask them how many days this will take ? They will tell you 20-30 days Once you pay and they get the money They will answer your question 3 days later Most of time they’re seeing the messages but you will never get answers. About the time the 20 days will be 4-5 months to deliver the project to you with ( huge bugs ) After that you will never get responses from them. The scammer has multiple skype names, multiple names and multiple website names The names are - Mahe ( the boss of scammers ) - Santosh - Supramanian And tow others I don’t remember them names The websites names are - Tranxit - Apppoets - AppDube Maybe they has another website names ——————- Don’t deal with them, you will lose your time and your money.
!!EVERYONE BEWARE!!
!!EVERYONE BEWARE!!: I started working with this company over 7 months ago on their PBN - PointBlankNews solution. What do I have over 10 months later? Nothing! Nothing but frustration, initial investment, time, hosting costs and a slew of unforeseen fees. I will not name any names at this time, but I was working with some guy for 7+ months and he just up and vanishes. I have been communicating with these crooks via Skype. They claim that this is a white label ready to go solution but that is a lie. I am not saying that they have not successfully deployed apps before, but those apps are only used to suck you in. They promise to get your app uploaded to the app stores for you. That is a lie. I am currently going back and forth with Apple myself to get my app approved. Per Apple's last update, the app continues to crash and they are not able to test it. I have been required to perform developer level tasks and I am no developer. They WILL NOT release your source code if your app is ever completed. I asked about this early on and they would never agree to do so. I will not bore you will any more details... All you need to know is that these guys are liars, crooks, thieves and unprofessional. Poor customer service. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH APPOETS, APPDUPE or any other fake a** app cloning company based in India. If they needed money that bad, they could and should do things the honest way. Do not waste your time and money. This has been the worst experience I have ever had working with another company. The worst. Do your own research but trust what I am tell you, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE ROACHES.
Appoets.com is holding deliverables ransom...
Appoets are working with another site called appdupe.com, which is being used to lure people into buying apps from them under the false pretence that Appoets can make the necessary changes such that the app with back end can serve a particular purpose. IN example: My client, a Danish corporate who want to enter into the taxi business, have bought the services of AppPoets.com (appdupe.com), and now, when 98% of the delivery has been done, the appoets.com / appdupe.com company is asking for USD 50,000 to release the code to my client? I find it outrageous. I spoke myself, in person, with appoets.com's CTO, a certain Mr. Sanjay, who wanted me to confirm that USD 50,000 is a normal price for such a product. Appoets.com has an agreement with my client to deliver a certain functionality and my client has paid several thousand USD for appoets.com to complete, yet, appoets.com are holding the final solution ransom, waiting for money !! So, no, this corporate is indeed a scam of the highest order, and surely I would not place even a photocopy of 1 USD in their possession. Review by David Svarrer
