Il serait temps que l'ARCEP sanctionne vraiment les opérateurs télécoms qui proposent des prestations lamentables notamment au niveau de la fibre internet et qui empechent des millions de français de télétravailler sereinement surtout en cette période de crise sanitaire. Les opérateurs préfèrent doper leurs résultats - pour distribuer des gros dividendes aux actionnaires - en utilisant des sous traitants très peu compétents plutot que d'assurer avec sérieux leurs métiers de base. L'ARCEP doit sanctioner avec sévérité car ça n'est plus possible de laisser les choses se dégrader ainsi.
