IS THERE ANYONE AT ARTNET?
I accidentally subscribed to the wrong database - the way choices are presented on the ArtNet web site is confusing so that I subscribed to the Fine Art database instead of the Decorative Arts database. I have left THREE VOICE MESSAGES and sent TWO EMAILS in the past 24 hours and have gotten NO response from ArtNet. They have my money, I have NOTHING!!!

Unprofessional from A-Z They they talk your asking price down and have no idea how to execute a transaction. Thy recomended to the buyer the most expensive and incompetent transport agent. The whole transaction took several months to complete and was frustrating for all sides.
