Hard to get anything done
A frustrating situation with them, as I’ve been trying to sort a transfer for months and keep getting told different things by different advisors. I’ve posted forms, they say they have received them, then next call that they haven’t!
Poor provider
Poor provider, below benchmark returns with poor customer service, taking far to long to withdraw funds with a complaints department that looks to absolve any wrong doing, you are doing yourself a disservice by keeping your money with this provider and given time you will loose out on thousands of pounds, I would seek financial advice and move your money to a pension provider that will give you the best returns on your money because I'm afraid to say it isn't B&CE.
NO HURRIES NO WORRIES
