This company keep sending UNSOLICITED SPAM emails to my gmail account. I unsubscribe but they just send from other addresses. STOP! I do not know if they are a legit business or not, but either one of their affiliates or their marketing team sends out unsolicited spam email and they need to STOP now.

Scam subscription created from our single order! Scam! Placed a one-time order that magically became a multi-order subscription. Customer support is a chat bot that is incapable of taking any actions. Bark refused to take any action. Next step: dispute the credit card charges. Don't fall for this scam! There are plenty of other sites with pet toys and treats that don't scam their customers.

Placed an order on January 22nd. Received half of the order a few days later. Tracking label created for other half but UPS still waiting on package. Contacted company on Monday 1-27 was told item out of stock. Complained that wasn't communicated. Let them know my dog was terminal and they rushed to fix the issue. Told to wait 24-48 hours for new email. 3 days have passed no email. Contact company - have to wait another 2-3 days to be processed plus another 8-10 days to receive it. Asked for a refund. Now they want me to wait until Monday. For what I do not know. Don't appreciate the added stress to an already stressful situation. My dog has an aggressive lymphoma and has been given 1-2 months so time is of the essence.
