Great experience with custumer service
All we can say is Happy to be part of the Bestop Family! Great service, great support, great People, alway trying their best to help. My experience ist all positive. We are located in Germany and needed replacement parts for our Jeep Wrangler Supertop Ultra. No way to find those in Europe. Bestop US helped out quick and with a really good price. We are glad, we choosed Bestop! Thanks to you guys! And für all negative reviews because waiting time on the phone: yes, when I called the customer service an maschine told me waiting time over an hour in the line. I wrote instead an email and asked to call me back. Shortly after my mail was sent, the called me back twice and we could talk about my problem to fix it. So actually I don‘t understand why ppl write 1 star reviews. Learn to wait and learn to take different roads! Greetings from Germany
Great Experience
Recently, I purchased a cab cover for my 1995 Jeep Wrangler. After a few weeks of use, the cover developed a small tear at a stitching point. As it is under warranty, I contacted Bestop. Needless to say, they came shining through with excellent customer service and fixed the problem to my complete satisfaction. I have owned Jeeps for 30 over years. If I need an accessory and Bestop makes it, I don’t look any further. This experience reinforces my high opinion of them. Thanks Bestop!!!
Bestop customer service is A++++!!
We recently purchased a gently used Softop for our Jeep. I found a very informative installation video from Bestop on YouTube to watch, and through the process I realized we were missing a few parts. I found the manual online, but was still struggling finding a few items. I called in, and instead of waiting on hold was offered a callback. What a great option! within 2 mins they called back, and the gentleman was more than happy to double check if what I had was what I needed. While I was on the phone, he had me text back and forth and send pictures to verify what I needed. He made the whole process so easy! Great customer service!! Parts ordered and can’t wait to enjoy our Bestop this summer!!
Non existent customer service
I received my order for duster top, bikini top and wrap around windjammer in a timely fashion. The bikini top and the duster cover went on well. However there were parts missing from the wrap around windjammer. I've made multiple attempts to contact customer service. The first wait time was 3.5 hours the second wait time was 2 hours and 45 minutes. ThenI tried the chat box twice. Both times, after multiple non-related responses in questions, I was informed it was offline. My only option left was to email requesting parts that were missing. We'll see ... Didn't have issues the product (except missing parts) but the lack of customer service screams no respect for their customers. A premium price should deliver a premium experience.
New hood latches
I have alot of bestop accessories for my YJ. Just got some new hood latches, I'm changing everything chrome to black. The hood latches I received are great, but why put silver colored bolts in a black latch package. Headed to home depot to get black now. Just think bolts should be black also if I'm buying a black latch.
