Probably the best webinar software out there
I am a BigMarker user for quite some time now. It is a big beast of a SAAS. BigMarker might be the only webinar and conferencing software that has all the bells and whistles. You want to make a quick meeting and have your very own fixed meetingspace url? They got you covered. You want to make a big webinar where people have to register and want to design the page, combine it with your autoresponder, sell tickets or host a virtual summit? They got you covered. You don't want your attendees to have to install software on their computer or smartphone? With BigMarker they don't have to. You want to have a good livechat with polls, special offers, share your screen, a video, a presentation or have multiple speakers on the screen at the same time? BigMarker has solved that for you. You want reliable video conferencing and superb sound quality (both features that are an absolute must for such a software)? BigMarker excells in those categories. Basically if you need it, it's there. The only caveat is that the backend interface is (at the moment) just in english. That aside chances are high that you won't find a better and more mature solution than BigMarker if you want to host professional webinars, vitual summits, conferences or quick online meetings.

Premium software with abysmal support
This is a premium software service, but doesn't act like it, especially in terms of support. It takes forever to hear back and most of the time, the issue has not been addressed; you simply receive a link to an unsatisfactory help article. Following up on the email is futile, you'll only receive the same link to the same help article again, so it seems the support staff lack a basic understanding of the product, and how companies are looking to use it. While there's many settings and options for the webinars, it's an expensive service compared to other solutions out there.
After 9 Months of Collaboration, BigMarker Walked Away Days Before Launch
My company spent nine months working closely with BigMarker on a custom white-label platform that they assured us they could deliver.
