Great app for storing info about your crypto portfolio
So far I'm loving the User Interface
So far I'm loving the User Interface and experience. Won't recommend it for large crypto purchases as there is no real-time charts and app is quite slow, also there is discrepancy in the sell price from other exchanges but I simply love the UI. Although you cannot compare this to something like Binance in any sense. If they keep improving the app, provide a web portal, real-time charts and prices then it will be a game changer.
Updated: Transfer delays
UPDATE: I have finally received the funds in my account. I think they are still lagging behind with the transfer methods, confirmations and account top-up. I upgraded my rating to 3 stars. If they manage to sort out those account funding issues/delays, I'll update my rating. ORIGINAL REVIEW: It feels like a scam! I transferred a sum of money almost a month ago, and still haven't received it in my account. Customer support was fast initially, but now I've got to the point where I'm chasing them for an update. More than a week without a reply. I'm taking this further with my bank and Citibank. What a waste of time. Stay away from them, there are much better platforms out there.

It's a terrible excuse of an app. 1. Its estimates are ALWAYS wrong. As HOT was going through its new all time high, this app was (and still is) telling me that HOT lost 70% in the last 5 min. 2. People are complaining that Blockfolio is robbing them, which is not cool! Countless forums of people online complaining of money wired and not received, while being ignored/patronised by the support team for weeks! DO NO UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE WIRE MONEY USING THIS DODGY APP If you decide to use it for counting your portfolio, just remember that it WILL give you false readings, and as such a false impression. This really is a dangerous app to be using. They get 2 stars instead of one, as I find their presentation much better than delta (the app that actually does what Blocfolio claims!)
This company is a scam
This company is a scam! My account completely just disappeared money, log ins, investments. Everything. I contacted Custer service on July 13th 2021. They never followed up. I use the "forgot password" link no email ever comes to my inbox not spam, no where. Since they refuse to even follow up with my emails I wonder how many thousands of other people have this same issue?
