Ordered a bunch of socks for Christmas. One pair failed to arrive on time. Bombas, without me asking, refunded the pair that was not shipped and gave me a gift card for $100. That is GREAT follow-through and customer service!

First time customer. Had the same experience as a lot here with unfulfilled order- only one out of four items arrived. Was refunded promptly for the remainder of the order once I reached out by email and told they had no inventory. Disappointing but not the end of the world as they did refund. Subsequently was sent very generous gift voucher unprompted. Decided to give it once last go and in fairness this order was delivered though it took some time. Nice quality compared to the usual socks i would buy. So a mixed and very drawn out process but in the end happy with my new socks!

Store really is mediocre, they said they shipped an item but it never left the facility, per tracking. I had to send multiple emails to get assistance, the first couple they didn't even read what I wrote and responded with script responses. Some messages took 24 hours or so for a response. Eventually, they did ship another replacement item out but I had to jump through hoops to get my package delivered.

I ordered Bombas underwear for my daughter for Christmas and was so excited to give her something I believed was great quality. However, after wearing the underwear only a couple of times, they are now stretched out resulting in terrible discomfort. And the logo is peeling off already. As expensive as these are, I would expect better quality.
