Hi Thilo, Thank you for sharing your positive experience. We know reinstalling older software can be tricky, and we’re glad Jon was able to help get you up and working again. If you ever need any further assistance, feel free to reach out. Best regards, Boris FX Team

Hi Luca, We are very sorry you’re having trouble and that our team didn’t follow up to make sure Boris Graffiti was fully installed. That’s not the experience we want for anyone. Thank you for letting us know, and again, our apologies for the inconvenience. We’ll be more diligent about follow-up going forward. Best regards, Boris FX Team

Hi Allistair, We’re sorry to hear about the trouble you’ve had with Optics, especially after being a long time customer of the older DFT tools. We understand how frustrating it is when software doesn’t behave reliably—especially mid-project—and we appreciate you taking the time to try the new version. Optics was designed as the next generation of our DFT plugins, with added features and support for modern systems, but we know the transition isn’t always seamless. If you’re still open to it, we’d be happy to keep working with you to troubleshoot the Photoshop crashes and ensure a smoother experience. Thanks again for the feedback—it helps us improve. Best regards, Boris FX Team

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how frustrating it would be to believe a subscription had been canceled and then see additional charges. We’re glad our customer service team was able to assist with a refund, but we’d also like to understand what happened with the additional months you mentioned. Please reach out to our support team with your account information so we can review the cancellation and billing history and see if we can help resolve this for you. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and giving us the opportunity to look into it.
