Johan was a star of customer service!
First time I have used Budgetplaces to book hotel for visit to New York for my wife and our sons to meet the American side of our family. So was an important trip. I unfortunately booked a hotel without checking with my wife and when she looked at the booking she was unhappy as it was unsuitable for our needs. Contacted Budgetplaces. Johan was brilliant. He negotiated with the hotel on our behalf getting them to forego the full payment and made an arrangement so that if we re-booked another hotel we would n't lose our deposit. Furthermore he took the trouble to find out our needs, stopped me booking another unsuitable room arrangement (some people never learn!) and then set up another far more suitable hotel for us to book which my wife is far happier with. Johann has saved the trip really. Exceptional customer service. Thank you very much Johan!
