My clients love the app!!! COVID forced me to rethink my personal training business. I couldn’t train with people in person, so I originally used emails to send workouts…but that didn’t really work well for anyone. Fast forward to today…my app has been live for about a year and my clients LOVE IT! I use it to share workouts, videos, meal plans, everything…AND I can schedule appointments and collect deposits straight from the app. Thank you BuildFire!!!
Buildfire performs a great sales pitch
Buildfire performs a great sales pitch. But they don't deliver. For $5k, they promised a two month development of a subscription reservation app. At month three, literally not a single step was taken. Many excuses were given. They argued with the logo, the business model, the features and provided no project management, no development tracking, no phone numbers and no accountability. But they sang a good sales pitch, so two stars for the caliber of the con.

Charged my credit card without permission!!!! No services rendered. No agreement signed. Did not give permission for them to charge me.
Liars and frauds
They manipulate ratings, I have seen several written by employees on various platforms pretending to be satisfied clients.
Terrible company. Dishonest. Fraudulent.
We built an app with Buildfire and 3/4 through the project realised that they couldn’t deliver on what they promised. Halfway through our project we lost our project manager, as they left the company… It took a month for someone to get back in contact with us again, so we could continue the project. As what was promised was not able to be delivered, we asked for a refund. The refund was denied and we lost $40,000 on an app that didn’t work. Do not trust this company. They are dishonest and their capabilities are not as they promise.
