An ad service that doesn’t make me mad
I’ve been a longtime BuySellAds user on my website and newsletter Tedium, and I came to them after trying a lot of things over the years that did not move the needle. While a lot of competing ad offerings have come and gone, it has been one of the most consistent services that I’ve worked with, and I’ve been quite happy to collaborate with them over the years. When a concern about ad revenue was raised, I was able to talk it through with them, and they were able to help manage my frustration. I find their Carbon Ads offering to be quite elegant, and I am hopeful that I can keep this relationship going for years to come.
I'm publisher of two medium-large sites…
I'm publisher of two medium-large sites that have outgrown Adsense but are just about too small for GAM directly (which requires ~80M requests monthly). BSA have been fantastic throughout the last two years, working with me to increase revenue without destroying usability for site visitors. Every time there has been any sort of issue with Google, they've helped to fix it quickly, and their non Google offering allows for a second option while Google is being a pain, which is incredibly nice as it's nerve wracking to have your entire income supplied at the whim of such a large company that are too big to speak with you directly. And in my few trials of other suppliers, BSA managed to outperform. I've had some minor criticisms with some accidental misconfigurations on their part leading to a loss of a day or so of revenue, but considering this was cleared up quickly and easily done considering my non standard setup, I will stick to my review of 5/5 stars. Any time I have needed to contact them they have been quick to respond, with people available in multiple time zones, which is very useful as issues can strike at any time of the day or night.

I am happy with the high-quality ads that BSA is bringing to my site, and the creativity and talent of the BSA team continue to impress me. I feel valued with BSA, and most importantly, my revenue is stronger than ever while the user experience on my site is much improved since switching from my previous ad stack manager.
