I ordered refills on Nov. 12th. Unfortunately, the post office messed up and sent two of them back. When I got the notice that they'd been returned, Nov. 25th, I called Carelon and was told I'd get the new refills in 5-7 business days. On the 7th day, Dec. 8th, I called to check on them and was told that they hadn't started processing them. I'm leaving on Saturday to spend three weeks at my brother's for the holidays and really need my prescriptions, so the rep told me she'd put a priority on the order, but couldn't guarantee they'd be here by Saturday. So I asked if she could send them to my brother's instead, and she said yes. They showed up at my place today. Thank heaven I haven't left yet, or I'd be in trouble. Giving one star for the prices (cheaper for me than CostPlus) and one star because they actually did rush them this time.

Wanted to get started with Carolon Rx to perhaps save some money. My experience has been PAINFUL, They keep transferring me and just don't know which way is up.. I am going back to my local pharmacy and paying more,I don't care AVOID CAROLAN RX YOU WILL BE SORRY

I would give them negative 100 if I could- THEY ARE THAT BAD!!! I am forced to use them for my spcialty meds due to my insurance. They have always been horrid, but are now DENYING ME MEDS FOR A MEDICAL CONDITION!!! They REFUSE to tell me what I can tell my dr to perscribe after THEY CHOSE to discontinue my current meds at end of 2025. They WILL NOT tell me what is covered next year and say i have to talk to insurance company; insurance company says Carelox writes the formulary and therefore insurance won't talk to me! Carelon REFUSES to call dr for script for meds that could be covered in 2026. THEY REFUSE to answer questions, hang up on me, send me in circles, tell me things have been done when they haven't, blame my doctor and then tell me to do things that my dr and i have alrady done! COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT!! THIS INCLUDES THE SUPERVISORS AND CASE MANAGERS WHO NEVER CALL YOU BACK! THEY ARE NOW PLAYING WITH MY LIFE AND I WILL SEND MY ER AND HOSPITAL BILLS TO THEM SINCE THEY HAVE NO COMPASSION AND JUST CARE ABOUT MONEY!! THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED IN HELPING PEOPLE- ONY INTERESTED IN TREATING YOU LIKE TRASH!!!
