I invested indirectly in this company but recently ordered two boxes of shuttlecocks as a regular buyer. The delivery person arrived with both boxes in unacceptable condition: one was opened, missing its lid (allegedly lost during transit), and the other was haphazardly sealed with tape. After inspecting the shuttlecocks, I was shocked to find that nearly every one was visibly defective. The entire experience felt like receiving a box of intentionally discarded, low-quality items. This is not just poor quality control; it feels like a deliberate scam. As a result, I will neither invest further nor purchase their products again

Moreover, the price was more than double compared to the local market.” On the positive side, if you absolutely cannot or do not want to go to the market yourself, and paying such a high price does not bother you while you have plenty of time, then you can certainly shop from Chaldal once in a blue moon. Do NOT order if you dislike wasting money or if you are short on time.
Pathetic lil company
Pathetic lil company. 1) They don't give you a shopping bag with your products, so I bought my own bag, and they used my bag to deliver "fish" to some other customer, and my product had the smell of fish. 2) They sold me coffee that was supposed to be free for every buy 12 get 1 free 3) I bought 1 item with a shipping bag. They ran out of the item and sent me the shipping bag and charged me for the delivery. By their support team, apparently, "shipping bag," which is an optional "add-on," is a product, so they sent me JUST the shipping bag. I asked for a refund, the pathetic company said, "We will send a delivery guy to collect that 9 BDT bag, and then we will refund you."
