As a seller on eBay and Amazon, I have been dealing with ChannelAdvisor for more than a year now. When the company approached me; I've been introduced by a lovely man named "Owen Jones". He is probably the main reason why I feel comfortable and confident in doing business with ChannelAdvisor. He is a very friendly person and highly professional. Despite that I've been assigned a different advisor; it has been always him whom I approach whenever I need any assistance (Even though he is specialized in Sales, not technical/account support). I consider him a friend of mine and it is people like him who make doing business such a joy to do. ChannelAdvisor is a platform for very serious merchants. It is not the easiest to learn, and onboarding could take months. It is also one of the most expensive subscriptions out there. But hey; you will be dealing with experts who understand your needs and requirements. You must prepare yourself for a long term commitment with their software and use it effectively to take advantage of all powerful enhancements it has to offer. There is a major learning curve involved, and if you are tired from basic competitors who can not boost your sales significantly; maybe it is time for you to leap jump and use the world's number one inventory management software. I tried so many other providers, and nobody come even remotely close to what ChannelAdvisor can do for your business. I hope my feedback help new sellers out there as well as established ones. Horrible - Didnt do all it said - There Shipping module is THE WORST - It took 2-5 min per order to ship - Then if you ship from Amazon or other market places you have to MANUALLY update the order on Channel Advisor/Rithum. Never got my facebook up. Took 6 months to get my pick list in order by location - They just take forever fo fixes - Promise the world and it doesnt actually work that way...1st 2 reps they gave me for setup YELLED at my and were SOOOOOOO rude. WORST EVER then they wouldnt let me out of my contract when it was clear it was going to not work for my business - Expensive and not worth it

Cannot be trusted for Amazon marketing

Cannot be trusted for Amazon marketing. Great tools for dayparting and content, but their sponsored ads data is unreliable. We have worked with them since 2017. Ever since they were bought out by Commercehub, service levels have fallen off a cliff. There were months when support cases took days to even receive a response. Every few months, adverting spend and conversion data goes missing from Amazon campaigns and it is not backfilled. They have no vision for the future as no new tools have rolled out for months. Now we have to pay another vendor to do the job that we pay them to do. Also- Rithum is a terrible name!
