Not reliable for fmla paperwork
My surgeon uses Chartrequest for FMLA leave paperwork. After I paid the fee, I promptly received the paperwork-however it was not completed properly. I have attempted to email support, have called, have used their ‘chat” feature all to no avail. Each time I contact support I am told there is no record of my previous contact. But I am told rest assured-this is being escalated to our concern department. It has now been a month and we are at risk for losing a job and all income. Definitely do not recommend this company.
