I'd Skippit Over Chekkit

My 20-year-old tour business had rather strong success with their competitor SWELL but when seeing an advertised promotion from Chekkit, for about half the monthly price, and pitched to me as a product with the same functions by the sales department, I jumped at the chance. And that's where the discombobulation began and am now 4-5 months in with not much to show for it. In fact, am receiving more STOP messages than reviews. My gut tells me that they thought working with tour businesses was the way to go while aiming for big companies at premium prices. I can respect that but the promises and feel-good, even enthusiastic, customer service, can't seemingly match the end result. And it's a mystery. I'm told they're looking into it and they'll get back to me on inquiries of both functionality and finance, but unless I come back around to them with VERY fair reminders, it's fairly dead air. I left a message for the CEO and it's been 3 days without any kind of return call or email. I have been left holding an empty bag and a false bill of goods. I'll be going back to SWELL and wishing Chekkit well but think they've got more fine tuning to do andhope they can get it together honestly.
