Meh then terrible
We've been with Clara for years and it's never been great but in transferring to another hoster they've been downright unprofessional, cutting off service before term and leaving us in the lurch regarding our domain. Glad to be moving on.
Wouldn't reccommend
Changed server at no notice and have left me without email access. Customer services not very knowledgeable. Difficult to link to Outlook. No ones heard of them and it makes it hard to connect! Lots of junk gets through. I could go on...
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! These people have to be the worst customer service in the IT world. As a company they left us without broadband for several days whilst blaming BT. BT were the ones (on this occasion) to provide us good service by finding the cause and highlighting the remedy. Claranet have dragged their feet. The response to our subequent complaints have been non-existant. If anyone would like details of our experience of this awful company please let me know. I am the managing partner at T Cards Direct.
A waste of time, very unprofessional
They rescinded their quote and offer 2 months into the process after meetings, contracts signed and waiting for weeks for the work to start.
