Comma modern und hochwertig
Comma ist qualitativ hochwertig und auch sein Geld wert. Besonders lobe ich die Bestellabwicklung. Bei Retouren gebe ich diese im Online Portal ein und erhalte einen QR Code. Ich verstehe nicht, dass es Fälle gibt, bei denen das nicht möglich ist. Manche Hosen sind mir leider zu lang, weil ich klein bin, aber selbst nach der Kürzung passt der Schnitt trotzdem. Ich bleibe gern Kundin und habe mich heute über meine Lieferung sehr gefreut.

Leider kommen Retouren offenbar nicht zuverlässig an. Der Kundenservice konnte in meinem Fall nicht weiterhelfen und wirkte wenig kompetent. Insgesamt eine enttäuschende Erfahrung, daher leider nicht zu empfehlen.
Getragenes Kleid zugestellt
Mir wurde ein Kleid zugestellt, in dem eine fremde Bluse enthalten war, d.h. jemand hatte dieses Kleid vorher getragen und mit der Bluse zurückgegeben. Dies hat man auch daran gemerkt, dass am Kleid keine Etikette mehr dran war. Und ja, der Kundenservice ist miserabel: Antwort erst nach zwei Wochen. Zudem geht er nicht auf das Problem ein.

Retourenportal - Error! Es ist einfach ärgerlich 😡
Retoure nicht möglich
Leider erscheint im Retourenportal immer „Error“, offenbar will man den Kunden die Retoure nicht mehr ermöglichen. Ich habe dann eine E-Mail an den Kundenservice geschickt und eine automatische Standardrückantwort mit einer Ticketnummer erhalten. Das war am 25.09.2025. Seitdem keine weitere Antwort. Das Retourenportal ist immer noch gestört. Ich kaufe seit vielen Jahren bei comma, bin noch nie enttäuscht worden, doch ich hätte wohl besser vor dem Kauf auf die Bewertungen auf trustpilot schauen sollen. Heute funktioniert das Retourenportal noch immer nicht. Es erscheint nach wie vor folgende Meldung: „ Error! The configuration could not be loaded. Please try again later.“ Ich kann nur davor warnen, dort noch etwas zu bestellen, wenn man nicht sicher ist, dass man es behalten möchte.
