I left a tee shirt in the Manly store (Tomas was also a real help to my friend from the Netherlands) then the people in the Sydney store helped me (Pasos I think was his name). Their customer service was 5 star and I love the tee shirt!

Not satisfied
Until this month, I was very satisfied with Decathlon. Unfortunately, this experience showed me that Decathlon does not manage its partners properly. I placed an order on the Decathlon website from their partner, Northwall. My order was significantly delayed and was marked as “delivered and signed” twice, even though it had not been delivered at all!!! Neither Northwall nor Decathlon helped me resolve the issue. I contacted both companies many times but received no useful information or support. I had to contact FedEx every day for around 10 days—sometimes several times per day—just to understand what was happening. In the end, I discovered where the package might be (no one was sure about that) and had to go in person to a FedEx pickup point to retrieve it myself.
