Always on time or early. It has good service in our locality. I have lost parcels sent by Xpressbees surface but Delhivery always delivered on time in my locality

Very poor delivery service. Do not book or send parcels through this platform. The delivery agent was extremely rude and did not arrive at the time mentioned in the app. Instead, they falsely updated the status saying I was not available to receive the product, which is completely untrue. I have been waiting for two days without any proper update about my parcel. The delivery portal service in Arakkonam is especially terrible. Very unprofessional behavior and pathetic customer handling. I strongly do not recommend this delivery platform.

Worst delivery platform ever. The delivery agent was extremely rude and highly unprofessional. He did not arrive at the time mentioned in the app and falsely updated that I was unavailable to receive the parcel. I have been waiting for more than two days without any proper update. Most Pathetic Logictics on Earth..Delhivery 😡
I had ordered shoes for my Son from Nike.com on 29th December 2025. The order is shipped from Singapore via Aramex to Nathdwara my home. Everything was smooth till 5th Jan 2026 the parcel reached at 30 km away location Rajsamand Hub where comes Delhivery in picture as a delivery partner of Aramex. To my surprise they did not deliver the parcel for next 10 days. Self pick up was forced and I visited their hub too on 8th Jan but they said parcel went to Udaipur Hub. Then It went to Thane Hub in Mumbai for no reason. No call centre replies, False delivery updates. They don’t take any responsibility. without even attempting delivery they update false statuses. For this 10 days I kept ringing Nike and Aramex lengthy chat support system. Ultimately it reached to me on 15th Jan 2026. The event for which item was ordered gone so my son refused to take the shoes in no use case. I initiated a return on Nike.com. Again I was horrified to receive a message on WhatsApp from Delhivery to pick my parcel up. Today 18th Jan the pickup agent didn’t bother to show up for 3 days. Now without even attempting pick up they update false statuses. Delhivery deserves negative rating for harassing the customers. These unprofessional goons are serious threat to customers and should be thrown out of business. I don’t know will I be able to get my refund from Nike.com as I doubt that Delhivery will deliver my parcel back to Aramex Mumbai ever. I did not chose Delhivery Aramex did. But Please avoid chosing Delhivery at any cost. If you do not want to make follow ups the only job in your life. Delhivery please close this business of looting and fooling people.
