Delivery men not insured!!!
First they went to the wrong address and then they left the parcels downstairs - it was a dining table in 2 boxes. They told me that they were not insured to carry it up to my flat. I am not too sure who to blame - the company who I bought the table from DAALS or Descartes of not insuring their drivers!!!
Rude sales person
Rude sales person, who hung up on me without saying goodbye or thank you after wasting my time for 3 minutes. After reading the other reviews I dodged a bullet.
Don't do it - software works, customer service is THE WORST.
Software works as promised, however customer service leaves a lot to be desired. We've been waiting for over a month to receive a promised $88 refund. Each time we make contact regarding the status, we're greeted with coined responses. First, "we're waiting for accounting"; then "we're waiting for corporate approval"; and no we're back to "we're waiting for accounting." Based on the responses, I do not feel they are actively working on this and customer service is spouting scripted responses in the hopes we give up trying. While $88 is not important in the grand scheme, this nonsensical fiasco over $88 has left a bad taste and we're actively looking for a new ship platform

Even after requesting the closure of my account, they are still piling bills and stalking me and my registered address to squeeze more money. Stay away from anything this company touches; they are scammers.

I closed my business and had $330.83 in my shipping account. In February I requested a refund through their site and was told it would take 4-6 weeks to receive a refund. 4-6 weeks for a refund is ridiculous when it takes a few seconds to give someone their money back, but I was patient anyways. The refund never came so I contacted customer support. After many emails, over 4 months and did everything they asked including filling out an ACH transfer form, it is now mud May and they never gave me my money back. It's pretty shocking that a company would so blatantly steal like this.
