Flot resultat, hvis det lykkes at skaffe de korrekte produkter
Jeg har købt “Græsdoktorens jordanalyse” fra Turfine og indsendt en jordprøve fra min græsplæne. Svaret på jordprøven kom fra DLF som har lavet en gødningsplan til os. I gødningsplanen har er der tre produkter, som skal købes og bruges her i foråret: Tripple fosfat, Kali 41 og Kierserit. Da jeg ikke har kunnet finde de tre produkter nogen steder kontaktede jeg DLF, som informere om, at disse kan købes i Land og Fritid butikkerne. Efter at have kontaktet en af butikkerne får jeg at vide, at Land og Fritid ikke har hverken Tripple fosfat eller Kali 41. Jeg skriver igen til DLF og informere om dette. Deres svar er, at jeg har fået forkert information af butikken og at de kan bestille dette hjem til mig. Jeg kontakter derfor igen yderligere to af Land og Fritids butikker samt deres kundeservice og får samme svar: Land og Fritid har ikke produkterne og kan heller ikke bestille dem hjem! Jeg står derfor tilbage med en gødningsplan, som jeg finder umulig at bruge. Jeg kan ikke opstøve produkterne, som skal bruges og DLF kan ikke hjælpe mig med at finde frem til, hvor disse produkter kan købes. Jeg har altså betalt for et ubrugeligt produkt og føler mig snydt! Opdatering: Jeg er stadig i tvivl om, hvor jeg selv vil kunne købe produkterne, men efter at denne anmeldelse blev skrevet har DLF sendt mig de produkter, som skulle bruges til min græsplæne. Derfor har jeg kunnet følge gødningsplanen hele sommeren. Kombinationen af at efterså græs og følge gødningsplanen har gjort en kæmpe forskel for min græsplæne. Før bestod den nærmest udelukkende af mos, men nu står den flot, grøn og tæt! Af denne årsag ændrer jeg min anmeldelse fra 1 til 3 stjerner, da opstarten var super frustrerende, men at resultatet trods alt er blevet virkelig godt!
