DU has this ability to pass the book…
DU has this ability to pass the book and never resolve anything for their customers & I know I am not the only customer who is experiencing this. See Z screenshot below. The level of customer care is beyond appalling but it’s because DU have rendered there staff useless by taking away all power for them to be able to help customers. I hope this message reaches the right person so I can simply downgrade my plan to the 150 plan. I was informed call back in 24 hours it will be fixed. Yet another lie from DU customer care to to pass the book. I was informed go to store, when I arrived at the store I was told I need to call. It’s all about passing the customer around in circles. I am only giving 2 stars because the guy in the shop was nice and I could see he’s just not been given the ability to help. I have lost absolutely all respect for DU at this stage given how they are happy to treat paying customers and a good customer I might add.
No way to connect support
No way to connect support. They simply removed all human agents so now if any problem occurs (and they occur quite often!) it won't be solved, AI will tell you to restart your router and drop the call. Good luck understanding why internet stopped working. Not to mention that prices are crazy
