Ordered a dress on Thursday evening with standard shipping, received confirmation of dispatch on Friday and then courier delivered on Saturday! Amazingly quick and efficient service and comms. Plus the dress is gorgeous and exactly as described. I’m very pleased, thank you DVF.

I think the stars out of 5 are exceptionally low because no one is reviewing their positive experiences. I ordered my dress on the 10th, evening of 11th I recieved confirmation it would arrive on the 12th and dpd were the postal carrier. Order arrived today in the specified timeslot, dress is beautiful and fits perfectly. I did panic order a second dress on the Sunday from another retailer as a back up. This was because I checked trustpilot after I had ordered the dress and I was sceptical it would arrive for the occasion I ordered it for. I've had a smooth, efficient experience with DVF and would recommend ordering directly to others.
