Sizing Needs Work!
The customer service could be better as it pertains to tracking info. I had to ask them to tell me where my package was in the process because the order history page doesn't update with recent information. Additionally, and the biggest issue, their sizing for plus-sized clothing is questionable. A size 18 top should at least be able to fit over the head of the person who's a size 18. A lot of the jackets and toos are too tight in the arms and across the back. I guess a good size/fit comparison would be that of Fashion Nova where its truly hit or miss with their clothes. I would recommend Eloquii get the customer service together and most importantly get the sizing right because my latest experience was not great.
Sad goodbyes!! Eloquii was my go-to
For at least a decade Eloquii was my go-to for quality, unique, STYLISH clothing. However, this last year or so has been all downhill. Almost every order is resulting in a return of either several or All pieces ordered. They then have the audacity to charge. Eloquii has lost it. Whom ever was the brainchild should feel shame because Eloquii used to be great. They’ve lost a loyal customer in me; unless things change, I won’t be back.
The ordering process is unacceptable
The ordering process is unacceptable. You submit a request only to receive an email stating the order is canceled or on back order. This cycle is unreasonable and demands greater attention.

Order placed 12/5/2025. Received a letter on 12/23/2025 saying they had tried to reach me re: an issue. They did not call, text or email, just sent a letter with no explanation at all about what the "issue" was. I emailed and called, no response. I have not received any communication nor the package
