Complex & steep learning curve

I have been using the Enerflo solar project management platform for a while now, and I must say, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The platform is overly complicated and not user-friendly at all. Here are some of the major issues I encountered: Complex Navigation: The interface is cluttered and difficult to navigate. Simple tasks such as finding specific project details or accessing certain functionalities require multiple steps and excessive clicking through various menus. This is incredibly frustrating and time-consuming, especially when you are in a hurry. Steep Learning Curve: The amount of training required to get new team members up to speed is ridiculous. Unlike other platforms that are more intuitive and user-friendly, Enerflo demands a significant investment of time to understand even the basic features. This steep learning curve hinders productivity and makes onboarding new employees a daunting task. Inefficient Workflow: The workflow processes within Enerflo are not streamlined. For example, the steps involved in creating and managing projects are not logically organized, leading to frequent back-and-forth and rework. This inefficiency slows down the entire project management process and increases the likelihood of errors. Lack of Customization: The platform offers very limited customization options. This lack of adaptability forces us to work around the system's limitations, rather than having a tool that supports our workflow.
