Below-average design and cut
It took a very long time for ETRO to ship the order, but after that DHL delivered my purchased shirt in 3 days. The fabric of the shirt is super fine, which may be liked by some people. However, the cut of the shirt is not good at all. There under arm of the sleves is hanging which is something you would see in cheap shirts. I spent $$ buying ETRO thinking it being Italian made would mean they had paid attention to the details but that was not the case.
Catastrophy
I ordered 3 items, only two ones have been delivered. I wrote to customer care many many times, nobody has replied. I've been bombing them for weeks, nothing happens. Etro service runs like a fake company. I paid for it, but I didn't get it. The third one simply disappeared, on "track order" there's no information about my 3rd ordered item, non-sense! Be aware of ETRO!
Awful awful experience
Awful awful experience. Sent me the wrong item (cheaper than the one I bought, obviously). Had to wait weeks and send multiple requests before having an answer from them. The best thing ? They only offered me a coupon for the difference in price, only available on their website !!! This brand is a joke. I would definitely not recommend them.

Customer service nonserving at all!
I own 4 different ETRO items (a pair of espadrilles, two pair of pants, and a t-shirt. None of them are equal in quality for the value I paid them for Asside of that my main complain is the non-existant customer service that haven't really answered to my queries; First time I mailed them was about a shearling coat I was intrested in that costed 2.500 euros before sales period was in motion and the same coat suddenly climbed to 4.500 euros, just like that (might be more as I can't really recall since this happened about a year ago). Of course they said they have forwarded my query to the relavant department and of course I haven't ever received an answer The second time I mailed the at January 29th and asked them if I could trust an online-retairel before placing the order and if they are authorised by ETRO to re-sell their products. This was their answer; "we are contacting from the Etro Customer Care. Thank you for your interest in our products. We regret to inform you that we cannot guarantee the authenticity of items purchased outside of Etro.com and our official boutiques. We are sorry we cannot assist you any further. If you have any other inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact us. Thank you and kind regards. Etro Customer Care" I mean if you can't tell if a such a known retailer sells your replicas why are you even there? I found them to be totally unprofessionals and I can't see myself support this brand again
