So me and my husband were looking for an apartment in Berlin for very long and that dream to buy an apartment just got possible because of Ziegert. They have excellent properties listed. As soon as I showed my interest in buying the apartment , I was contacted by the Agent and he was very helpful till the time we signed the contract. Firstly I was out of country and was worried if I would like the neighbourhood and the Agent was generous enough to go for me and create a video for the surrounding. Secondly, When we decided that we are buying the apartment some issues happened with our finances and our financer backed off. Our agent again helped us very patiently in this situation. We completely gave up on buying that apartment but Halim Mujkic, our agent connected us to another financer , Steven Paech who ensured and helped us to resolve the issues we were having. They have been very very helpful in making this happen with their continuous determination to us being their customers. I would highly recommend using the services here. I am still in process with Ziegert and Halim and Steven are so so approachable, you hardly find people here which will go out of their way and help you, they are one of them. Even such a hard process went on so smoothly with the help of Halim and Steven.
