I order some kitchen stuff from them, all the products were good quality and everything came on time. I was disappointed to find one of the things I ordered available on amazon for $10 less than fab was selling it for. Bummer! I’ve been a loyal customer of Fab.com / Epic for over 5 years, having spent thousands of dollars on assets over the years. Unfortunately, I recently purchased an asset that simply does not work at all. It won’t install on my machine — it shows up with a red X and fails to load no matter what I try. I contacted support multiple times, explained the situation clearly, and requested a refund. They kept denying it, saying the asset “works on their end.” This response is not acceptable — I’ve purchased dozens of assets before, and this is the only one that doesn’t work. Under Canadian consumer law, customers have the right to a refund when a digital product is faulty or non-functional. But they keep ignoring that. It’s frustrating, disappointing, and honestly shocking coming from a company I’ve supported for so many years. If you care about support and fairness, be very cautious before buying. Apparently, even loyal customers are ignored here.
