I was doing an assigment for my company where i was tasked with making a local library for fasteners and parts. I am downloading step files from the 3d cad model library Fabory offers, i used my boss' credentials, but after having downloaded about 60 small nuts I got a message from Fabory stating i have to wait a day to continue downloading anything.. kindof weird to limit customers of your parts. I feel this is very anticonsumer to limit this.

Ordered an item for £40 which didn’t get dispatched so somebody messaged me to say it would be re-ordered. This didn’t get dispatched either due to apparent stock issues in Holland. Asked for a refund which was quickly granted and passed on to the relevant department... but 3 weeks later I have not received the refund and now they are not responding to my emails. Feels like they’ve basically stolen my money.
